Principle: An originality membrane is designed as the bottom of a vessel. After liquefy the sample, upload it to the vessel in huge volume ( more than 1ml) to collect the target bacilli as much as possible. All the target bacilli will be blocked on the membrane with incredible concentration. Stain the membrane directly in the vessel by equipment, then take off the membrane and observe it through a microscopy.
